Two important sites two separate planning applications

Current Bexleyheath Civic Offices site

• Tesco has agreed a land deal with the London Borough of Bexley to redevelop the current civic offices site.
• We are proposing to use this site for a new Tesco store, some smaller shops and restaurants, community space, a new pedestrian plaza and an underground car park.

Former Woolwich headquarters

• Separately the Council will refurbish the former Woolwich headquarters for use as new, modern office space, so that it can bring council staff together on a single main office site
• Tesco own the remainder of the site to the rear of the former main headquarters building and are proposing new homes on this part of the site.
